Dear pregnant women,
As the new coronavirus continues to spread, please follow all the recommended precautions in order to protect yourself, your fetus and your family.
Immunity is usually reduced during pregnancy, so you need to take these precautions MUCH MORE seriously.
Sars-CoV-2 is relatively new, so we don’t know what effect it might have on unborn children at birth, or much later in life.
Stay at home if you can.
Don’t receive visitors unless absolutely necessary.
Avoid crowded areas.
Distance yourself from people who have respiratory symptoms.
Call your doctor if you have any concerns.
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water.
Eat healthy foods.
Take your vitamins daily.
Exercise. It boosts your immunity and helps you stay positive.
Dear husbands, be more supportive and caring.
Safe delivery, I pray.
