PERMIT ME TO DO SMALL BUSY BODY…
OK! Enough of minding my business, time to “pokenose” a little… (Note: admonitions apply to me too)
Dear sister,
If you want to wear khimar, wear it with your body, mind and soul. Pay attention to fine details. What is worth doing at all, is worth doing well. Be mindful of the material you use for your hijab. Be mindful when the wind is blowing and plastering the hijab onto your body. Be mindful of the way you catwalk on the streets. Minimise the things you’re holding so that you can have a free hand to adjust it as needed. The hijab is supposed to conceal your anterior and posterior curvatures. Wear it properly!
May Allaah accept it as an act of ‘ebaadah. Aamiin.

Now, dear brothers, here is yours!
On behalf of some sisters, who can’t speak out…
We are obsessed with Six-pack. We get really, really disturbed when you flaunt it about. Yes, your nakedness is between the navel and the knees. But, biko, wear a shirt! (Not a bodyhugging Tee! ). Those pectoral and deltoid muscles are too tempting to avoid a second glance. We have done you a favour by wearing a khimar. Can you do us this favour too? Pleeeeease?! Thanks in advance.
