When I remember death
It’s not to make you scared
Our sojourn is short on earth
And we have to be prepared
When I talk about the afterlife
It’s not because I’m depressed
Or because I don’t enjoy my life
But these are facts that must be stressed
As we bask in our earthly homes
Where life and death are bound by time
We should invest in our final homes
Where there’s no such thing as death or time
